I'm Freddy Seoud. My work combines running a business with designing and building the systems behind it. I work across sales, stock, customer service, finance and marketing, and use that operating context to build tools people can put to work.
Day to day I run operations in my own fashion ecommerce business, which is where many of my tools are first tested. Alongside that I work with construction businesses, specialist retailers and service businesses on CRM, integrations, custom software, storefronts and growth work.
Engagements can include discovery, implementation, integration, documentation and ongoing improvement. You deal with me directly, from the first conversation through to handover.
I start with how the work happens today and who is involved. The tool comes after, and the technology is chosen to suit it.
AI helps with the repetitive parts. Decisions that matter keep a clear approval step and a record of what changed.
