This policy explains how Pathway Prosper ("I", "me"), operated by Freddy Seoud in Melbourne, Australia, collects, uses and protects personal information when you use this website or get in touch. I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What I collect

I only collect what you choose to give me, and the basic technical data any website receives:

• Contact form: your name, email address, business or industry (optional), and the message you send.
• Bookings: if you book a call, the details you provide through the Pathway Prosper Google Calendar appointment page.
• Direct contact: anything you include when you email or call me.
• Technical data: standard server and request information such as IP address and browser type, handled by the website hosting provider.

How I use it

To reply to you, to scope and deliver work you ask me about, and to keep records of our correspondence. I do not sell your information, and I do not use it for advertising.

Who I share it with

I use a small number of trusted services to run the site and respond to you. Your information may pass through them only for that purpose:

• Web3Forms delivers contact-form submissions to my inbox.
• Google Workspace hosts Pathway Prosper email, and Google Calendar handles call bookings.
• The website host serves the site and processes basic request logs.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms. I share your information only as needed to operate these services or where required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set marketing cookies. If I add privacy-respecting analytics in future, I will update this policy first.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry and client correspondence for as long as needed to do the work and to meet Pathway Prosper's business and legal obligations, then delete it. You can ask me to remove your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Email fred@pathwayprosper.com and I will respond promptly.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information through the contact form.

I may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives at this page, with the date shown above.
